Comedy Bar Bloor Toronto, every upcoming show

About Comedy Bar Bloor

Comedy Bar's original location opened on Bloor Street West in 2008. Gary Rideout Jr. and James Elksnitis started it as a permanent home for the sketch troupe The Sketchersons, with backing from Roger Abbott and Don Ferguson of the Royal Canadian Air Farce.

It has grown into one of the busiest comedy rooms in Canada, with sketch, improv, alternative comedy and stand-up from local comics and touring headliners. There's a mainstage plus a smaller Cabaret room for experimental shows, so there are often three or four shows on the same night.

Before you go

• Ages 14+ are welcome, and under-19s should come with a parent or guardian. Babies and small children aren't allowed. You may be asked for government ID.
• Most shows are independently produced, so content varies a lot from room to room.
• There's no kitchen at Bloor, but candy and snacks are sold. The bar opens at 6 PM daily and you don't need a ticket to visit it.
• Late entry is allowed for all shows.
• Refunds are available up to 24 hours before showtime, though Special Events may be excluded.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Getting there

• Address: 945 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6H 1L5.
• Take the Bloor-Danforth subway to Ossington station and exit to Delaware Ave. The club is directly across the street.
